Special Meeting of Shareholders
DevvStream Corp. will hold a special meeting of shareholders on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. The meeting will be held virtually by live webcast at www.cstproxy.com/devvstream/2026.
Shareholders will vote on the proposed business combination with XCF Global, Inc. and Southern Energy Renewables Inc., and on the other proposals described in the proxy statement/prospectus.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on July 29, 2026 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting.
